Rich Simmerman, co-founder of Enioy Ceres, draws inspiration from his childhood in a food desert to fuel his mission of making plant-based foods accessible to everyone. With a Colin T. Campbell Certificate in Plant-Based Foods and as an alumnus of the 2023 IdeaVillage VILLAGEX Founders Cohort, Rich combines his personal experience, knowledge, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive positive change in the food industry.

Growing up in a food desert in New Orleans, Branson Morgan, co-founder of Enioy Ceres, shares a similar childhood experience with his friend Rich, which inspired his dedication to combatting public and planetary health through innovative plant-based foods. As a 2X Founder with a tech background, having worked at Samsung and Louisiana-founded tech firm Levelset, Branson brings his entrepreneurial expertise and experience to the table. He is also a distinguished alumnus of the 2023 IdeaVillage VILLAGEX Founders Cohort.

With a childhood spent in the health haven of Southern California, Trevor Docherty, CFO and In-House Chef at Enioy Ceres, found his passion for food and entrepreneurship when he moved to New Orleans for college. Captivated by the city's emerging scene of innovative young companies and its culinary nature, Trevor combines his background in cyber-security and finance with his love for food to drive food innovation at Enioy Ceres. With previous experience working with prominent New Orleans startup brands, Trevor brings a unique blend of expertise to the team.

Since day one, employee #1, Alexei, has been a core part of the Enjoy Ceres team. Since his start, Alexei has shipped orders to nearly every U.S State and five countries, connecting people everywhere to sustainable, plant-based nutrition.

As the Sustainable Supply Chain Director at Enjoy Ceres, Lane Degenhardt draws inspiration from his upbringing in a small, rural town alongside founder Rich Simmerman, where he experienced the challenges of growing up in a food desert. Raised in a small Strawberry farming-family, Lane's deep-rooted connection to the land fuels his passion for connecting Enjoy Ceres with sustainable suppliers and farmers. Living on the farm to this day, Lane is dedicated to creating a resilient and environmentally conscious supply chain that supports the mission of making healthy, plant-based foods accessible to all.
